Visited yesterday without charging.
The parking is on a single level. It's quite long, it goes under the road behind the building. That's why the entrance is on the other side of the road.
The parking indicates closure 30min after the shops. There is no free period.
One of the charging spots is noticeably smaller than the others. Seems like they didn't find any way to make it work with the distance between the pillars.
The building is covered with wall-mounted solar panels. I wonder how much energy they produce.
