Visited today without charging.
There are 6 chargers in front of the business, 5 of which have a sign with a Twint QR code asking for a contribution if you use the chargers, so it must mean it's open to the public.
The chargers are among the visitor spots so not sure what the situation is like during business hours.
The first 4 chargers are KEBA without attached cables. The fifth at the end of the visitor parking lot is a KEBA with attached cables. No idea of the power of those chargers, it's not written. The sixth charger is in the north parking lot, it's a different model where you can access the circuit breakers. There's text on the box saying "Mode 2 Charge Station 32A / 3 - Phase" with an attached T2 cable. This one doesn't have the payment sign.
On Chargemap we see that where the fifth charger is found there used to be a CEE red plug and a charging station plugged into the red plug. The red plug is gone now and the charger is directly wired into the conduit.
I don't see any mention of their charging stations on their website, but they do mention that they have 4 company vehicles charged with their solar installation https://www.solarholzbauer.ch/solartechnik/elektromobilitaet/
