Visited on November 2 and did a short charge on DC.
In the Shell app and roaming data, all the chargers appear at the wrong location near the Centurion hotel. Originally I thought the new chargers added at the end of October might be there, but in fact everything is in the exterior FHNW parking that already hosted the original Evpass chargers.
The 4 new AC and 2 new DC are immediately to the right of the existing chargers.
The first public charger on the left next to Mobility showed unknown status in the apps at the time, and a sign on location said "Ausser Betrieb". This downtime must have lasted at least between 2025-10-29 and 2025-11-11. The last session before it broke was probably on 2025-10-17. Maybe it broke before the 29, but they deactivated it and added the sign on the 29 while working on the new chargers.
The new chargers didn't have any identifiers or QR codes yet. I didn't do any test to try and figure out the order of the AC. The left DC had a green light but the screen was not working. I tried activating E13720 with the app and it said "There seems to be some issue with this charge point". I then activated E13721 which I can confirm was the charger at the end of the row to the right, and I was able to charge without issue (on the pictures I'm plugged in to the charger that was not working)
I only got 35kW, possibly because of my battery temperature, but that wasn't far from the limit as it was 98A out of the rated 110A of the charger.
