Visited on May 21, just before the parking closing time.
The chargers are in P2, immediately at the entrance to the level. There are signs at every turn guiding you to the charging station.
There are also signs above the parking entrance and even one in the middle of the road on the large P sign for the shopping center (I was not able to take a picture of that sign).
I didn't find any indication about the brand of those chargers. It's the first time I see them. The information displayed is basic but adequate. Energy, power, voltage, amps, but no graphs or time remaining. There wasn't much need for translation, but it seemed to be German only.
I didn't use contactless, but it seemed to be working. 49CHF reservation.
I charged with the Electra app and did indeed get a discount for the parking price. The Electra discount is 1CHF, but if you park for up to 30min, parking only costs 50ct, so it's actually an even better discount!
I didn't have time to try out some edge cases: what happens if you charge for less than 1CHF, is there any discount? What happens if you charge multiple times, do you get a discount each time?
While I was charging one of the pizzeria delivery driver was coming back. They have a few reserved spots in the second row of the parking. He lost so much time trying to cut across the first row where the chargers are situated, he would have been faster going the correct way. I guess they are used to cutting across when nobody is occupying a charging space. It's much tighter if spot 2 or 3 are in use.
