There's some clear signage that seems to indicate those 2 charging spots are kept for the public.
Something not mentioned in the eCarUp app is that the connector on the right "PP03" seems to be solar excess only. I tried both side and that one stayed on hold.
There's a wooden trap at the back of the parking space without any warning. I wonder if you can drive over it or if it's not rated for that kind of weight. I joked on social media this was a trap that opens if you are returning late to your car. But there aren't any overstay fees here anyway so it's clearly not for that 😂
