Visited on September 7 without charging.
On older pictures (Google Street View June 2021, Chargemap February 2022) we see the entire parking inside and outside is a parking meter. But now the interior parking has a ticket gate.
I was not able to find the tariffs for the interior parking posted anywhere. I browsed the town website, they have a list of parking prices that have not changed since April 2021, and it makes no mention of the interior vs exterior parking for "Parkhaus Dorf". I wrote to them and got a fast reply, confirming the same tariffs apply outside and inside.
Since I didn't know the prices I parked outside, but next time I'll try parking inside to confirm if the prices are correct. Seems strange to pick a ticket on Sunday if the price will be free. Maybe this helps if you need to call a tow truck to remove unwanted cars, it's best if law breakers park outside 😂 The other reason I can think of would be that since it's 3 levels down, it helps to prevent entry when full instead of having cars pile up inside and having to turn around.
The charger is the second parking space to the right after the entrance. It has a lighting symbol, but no text or official EV symbols. There's a QR code for ad-hoc payment.
