Visited yesterday without charging.
The chargers are in the underground garage. There's no gate, it's a parking meter. It seems to be open around the clock. There's a foot entrance/exit to the east on the main road.
After driving down the ramp, there's a very tight right turn between two pillars. If there's no one, you could pass between the exit pillars instead as it's much wider and you can immediately drive back to the correct side after the pillars.
