I have not been able to visit this location yet.
It appears to have been migrated from Evpass to eCarUp back in January.
The eCarUp description reads "-Mo - Fr; 07.00 - 17.00 für Mitarbeiter oder Besucher der SAK reserviert", but it's unclear whether this means it's open to all outside those hours. Based on the Google Street View images, it doesn't seem to be any gate. But there's also a "Privat areal" forbidden parking sign.
The Evpass marker for this location is actually still visible and the description reads:
- Mo - FR; 07.00 - 17.00 Uhr für Mitarbeiter oder Besucher der SAK reserviert
- Ausserhalb dieser Zeiten ist die Ladestation öffentlich verfügbar
This probably explains why the eCarUp description starts with a dash, they copy-pasted it. Somewhere along the way, the second line of text was lost or discarded.
Still on Google Street View (October 2022) we can see more chargers on the parking along the Mövenstrasse. There's a GMDC22 with CCS and CHAdeMO that seems to be equipped with an Evpass QR code, and to the right 2 Easee AC chargers seemingly without any QR code.
In the Evpass API I can see traces of a station CS9404 with those coordinates, but it doesn't seem like it was ever visible in the app.
