Visited on July 28 and did a short charge with Swisscharge RFID, no issue.
The chargers are indeed immediately to the left of the Tesla Supercharger. The signage isn't great, there are signs "Divieto di sosta" in front of every AMB and Tesla charger, which seems to translate to "do not stop"/"no parking", but no EV icon or text to specify parking is allowed while charging. Parking appears to be free, there are no gates.
When cars are queuing for the Tesla Supercharger, it blocks access to the AMB chargers. Luckily the road is bi-directional, so there is still some space to play with.
Given the Tesla chargers are to the right of their respective parking spaces, there is no risk of a non-Tesla using the Supercharger blocking one of the AMB chargers.
There are no contactless readers. The QR codes are on the sides of the units. The 39ct/kWh price is printed in big on the charger. Despite the price being lower than the Supercharger, no Teslas were charging here (well, except me).
There's no indication for the toilets for AMB customers, but if you have the Tesla app you can "steal" the access code.
