Discovered today while driving by. This is an office or depot for AEW.
The parking spaces seem to be for visitors, there's no clear "private" marking, there's a single parking spot with a sign in front, I didn't take a picture but I think it said service vehicle in German.
The chargers don't have QR codes or instructions but I think they might be networked, I recognize the ID sticker on them. There's also a marker for a charging station here on Google Maps which was probably auto-synced. I'll investigate later.
There's also an ABB DC 24kW charger behind the gate.
