Visited on October 12 without charging.
The chargers are in the underground parking. There are no gates and it doesn't seem like they can close the entrance. The parking meter shows prices for 0-24h, so presumably it's open 24/7, but not 100% sure.
I couldn't find any obvious foot entrance/exit. One of the doors leads directly to Aldi and is closed outside business hours. The chargers are some of the furthest away from the Aldi side.
I confirmed the parking space numbers listed in the Swisscharge connector names match with where the QR codes have been installed.
