The stations are on the West rest stop, meaning they can only be accessed when driving south/east.
There's a foot passageway under the road. It was useful for me to go and take pictures without driving back and forth, but it won't be useful to those who want to charge their cars, as the chargers and shop are on the same side anyway.
The parking spots are not painted yet. Someone already damaged the 300kW sign.
