Visited on July 28 without charging.
Originally I wanted to charge, but it was full and I tried the AMB charger instead.
The chargers are freely accessible without gates, parking seems to be free.
Like the AMB chargers, there are forbidden parking signs taped to each charger, but no EV symbol or text. Still, it must be implied "except while charging", because otherwise it means you can't use any of the chargers.
One of the charger was out of service, a Tesla Service car was parking in front of it and working on a fix.
The contactless terminals are working. At the time I was there, the ad-hoc price was 71ct/kWh. Later in the day it's 84ct/kWh, more than double the AMB price!
I didn't visit the toilets. There's a code in the Tesla app, but I noticed there are actually multiple doors with keycodes. I'll try it another time. The Tesla app says the toilets are on the first floor, so it might be the door to the right, where we see a staircase inside.
The road between the chargers and the building is wide enough for 2-way travel. This leaves some space for queuing. Normally, you could enter the area on either side, but there are some roadworks, so it's only really practical to enter and exit from the south.
