The charger appears to have been disconnected from eCarUp a month ago, but it's still there physically.
It's funny how the one charger that they make private after being public (speaking about Emil Frey across all of Switzerland) is one of the very few they bothered to put QR codes on in the first place. The QR codes are still there but no longer work.
