There's a location on Chargemap https://fr.chargemap.com/ecarup-viktoriaplatz.html 155877 which I believe might be a badly placed marker for this.
Its address is Viktoriaplatz 2 and placed above BKW. 4 eCarUp connectors are documented, but I don't think the data is synced from eCarUp, it's been manually entered. The only picture is a blurry closeup of a Zaptec charger with an eCarUp sticker that reads "Zaptec Charger 3". The remaining text and QR code is unreadable. It's hard to tell from that close, but it's probably in an underground parking. Obviously there are no comments.
The only location with 4 connectors in the area visible in other apps including eCarUp is Hotel Waldhorn.
