Visited yesterday without charging.
There are 2 chargers at this location on eCarUp. The description says to use the charger on the left during opening hours, meaning it must be open to the public.
There are actually 4 chargers here. 2 in front in the visitor parking, and 2 more under the carport behind the building. The 2 spots in front have "Besucher" signs with a small EV sign in the middle of the spot.
I checked using the QR codes on the chargers, the 2 chargers visible on eCarUp are not the same eCarUp device IDs as the ones I saw, however the pico serial number in their titles are the same. On eCarUp the chargers have been out of order for nearly 2 months, but using the QR code on location it allows me to start a charge at 33ct/kWh on both the front chargers. The chargers in the back show the charger not available on the payment page, they might have disabled public access.
The "old"(?) chargers currently visible on eCarUp show "NetZulg AG" as the operator name, which is the company in Thun that has other chargers in front of their office. But the 4 QR codes I found are for locations with "Bürki Electric AG" as the operator name, suggesting there has been some sort of administrative change.
Hopefully they'll hide the old ones and make the new ones visible so we can get the usage stats on opendata!
