Visited on July 20 and did a short charge with eCarUp app.
The charger is in the small yellow parking area in front of the school. I didn't see any indication for the other yellow spaces, but the 2 EV spaces have a sign explaining you can either park there either with the blue disc, or with a parking permit. During the day it's max 4h for blue disc, but unlimited with parking permit. 19h-8h is unlimited for everyone.
One of the charging spots was ICEd, despite very clear signage.
The stickers with the QR codes show the name "energie thun", but in the eCarUp app the operator name is listed as "Gemeinde Heimberg". I assume there's some sort of partnership. Energie Thun apparently have a special invoicing system for Thun residents, and I assume it's not available here since it's not being invoiced from the main Energie Thun eCarUp account.
