A picture was added on eCarUp. In addition to the "Zutritt nur für Berechtigte" description, we can see the stations are Zaptec, outside, with an EV sign max 5h.
The picture also seems to confirm the GPS coordinates are correct. It's on the east side of the building, possibly the first parking spaces in the row.
