Visited on October 12 without charging.
On eCarUp only 2 chargers are listed, numbers 1 and 3. There are in fact 6 chargers in the underground parking, 2 in sector A and 4 in sector B.
There's some unusual behavior with the data. Usually it only shows the EVSEID on the ad-hoc payment page if roaming is enabled, but here all 6 chargers show the EVSEID on the payment page, despite only the chargers from the app, 1&3 being actually visible in roaming apps. I didn't try activating one of the invisible chargers with a roaming badge, maybe I should try another time. I'll reach out to the operator for details if I find some time.
Since the only chargers visible in the data are in sector B, I don't have any way to know whether the chargers in sector A were added at the same time or later.
Parking is free, max 2h. I couldn't find a closing time anywhere. There's a gate that can be closed at the entrance to the parking.
I'm not even sure whether the parking was supposed to be open on Sunday evening. There was some unusual activity, a sign at the entrance to the exterior parking said a crew would be filming in and around the shop this weekend.
I didn't get a good look at the exterior parking because of the filming equipment, but I don't think there are any chargers outside.
