The location is no longer visible on MOVE.
It's still there, and I was able to charge. I used my MOVE RFID to unlock the charger (you cannot plug in without unlocking). So far I have not been billed anything, so I think it's in the soft-free-vendor mode I've seen at other locations, where you need RFID but never get billed.
The charger screen is in pretty bad shape. There's a shadow of all the possible texts, making the current text very difficult to read.
Not very clear if that's open to everyone or just restaurant customers. The massive sign saying the parking is for guests is almost right behind the charger, but clearly it's meant for the parking in general and not the 4 spots in front of it. The charging spots have a concrete base and logos that make them clearly stand out.
