2 charging spots among the street parking. The instructions make it clear you must pay for parking separately.
There are detailed instructions for activation on the inside of the box. But those must be a bit outdated, because they mention selecting the duration when paying ad-hoc, a feature which has been removed many years ago.
I was not able to test charging with the eCarUp app, because it seemed like the station was in free vendor mode. As soon as I plugged in, the eCarUp app would show "occupied" instead of "connected" and I was not allowed to start a charge. I didn't have my OBD dongle to verify whether the car was actually charging, but it seemed so based on the remaining time updating, and the electricity meter in the box showing 10kW instant consumption. I'm not sure what the other numbers displayed on the meter are, one is the lifetime kWh, but the other I thought would be the current session, but it was stuck at 0.4kW and did not increase while I was charging. The lifetime counter was rising, another confirmation the car was really charging for free.
There's an orange cable coming out of the charger, to a temporary box and then towards the construction site. I wonder if this impacts the available charging power, or if the charger is actually hooked up to a larger than necessary electricity link.
