Visited on October 12 without charging.
The charger on eCarUp is presumably the Compleo unit in front of the business. There aren't any stickers on the charger.
The area is accessible without gate. Presumably the entire side of the building are parking spots, but only 2 spaces next to the charger have P signs. The one closest to the station says "P Elektro-Fahrzeuge" while the other says "P Nur für Besucher".
On eCarUp the live data shows long periods of "out of service". But since it's a single unit with 2 connectors, when only one of the connector indicates out of service this seems unlikely if the other still works. It's possible the charger just has bad internet, because I see a lot of availability changes happening at the same hour every night.
