The comments on Google Maps say the parking price is "reasonable", some mention 9CHF/day. So parking must be paid.
I can't find any article mentioning what's happening or not at the top of the valley at the moment. Everything is indicated as temporarily closed on Google Maps. I assume everyone is evacuated as well? But the infrastructure was probably not damaged up here(?)
The charger has been showing out of service in the live data since 2024-11-22, so the EVSE problem is probably not related to natural events.
On GoingElectric there's an older picture, possibly from September 2022, where we see an innogy charger on a concrete block, at the same location where the more recent charger is found. The current green paint was probably not yet applied because it would be visible in the shot. Maybe this was a temporary charger? We see an orange cable sticking out. The description says charging is free.
Someone has gone and added a notice to every station on GoingElectric on May 30 saying access to the valley was closed. This has to be the only contribution in ages, because otherwise everything is outdated, from missing pictures and entire missing chargers...
