Visited yesterday and charged successfully.
It's underground but there are no barriers, you pay at the parking meter. It's on the entrance level, just go around the entire floor and you will find it.
It doesn't seem like the parking has closing hours. There's a foot passage exiting outside the shopping center as well, so it seems like it's accessible 24/7.
The parking spaces for charging are no larger than regular parking spots. The spots to the right gets some bonus space because it's the last one of the row. Neither spot is very practical due to being in the corner. Also must watch out for traffic coming up from the other level, the ramp exits right in front of the charger.
It seems like Energie360 has forgotten that French is a Swiss national language. They bumped German, Italian and English to the top of the language selector, but French is in 12th place, which seems to be its alphabetical default spot. The UI is not very responsive, and you need to press "next" 11 times to reach French, only to be dumped back on the screensaver and having to wake it up again to go and see the charging session in the selected language.
There's a button for "ad-hoc" charging, it then says to follow instructions on the payment terminal, then fails. I guess that's because there is no payment terminal 💩 Did Alpitronic not include an option to hide that button when there is no payment terminal?
