Visited yesterday without charging.
There are 4 charging stations under the small roof in the main parking lot, and there is one more charger on the side of the building that faces the street.
In the eCarUp app there is no mention of if/when the chargers are available publicly. There doesn't seem to be any sign on location, and the parking is used by the business, so I doubt you can charge there during business hours. The eCarUp chargers have different colors for their case and I see the color coding is reflected in the plug names in the app, neat!
The chargers on the side however has a very clear sign explaining its purpose. You can charge there for free with the excess of solar production. I'm not sure how we can see how much excess there is because the charger just displayed the regular ready message, and I'm sure there was no excess solar that day. It must be a bit awkward to plug in without having any guarantee you will get any electricity at all.
