Visited on May 21 and did a short charge with Swisscharge RFID, no issue.
This is an impressive setup. But what I find even more impressive than the current 16 charging spots is that they have already configured the parking to triple or quadruple that number in the future. The entire east side and the new south-east area are all ready for charger installation. This was particularly notable on the drone pictures I saw in the past.
I also learnt the reason for the missing roof: the permit was rejected because the roof design didn't fit with the rest stop design. A new design will be submitted in the future.
The connector numbers are laid out as follows. Not all chargers are facing the same way, the numbers are on the side with the connectors:
^ North / Exit

^ Linda
^ 1 2

^ 2 1
^ Max

^ South / Entrance
The toilets at the rest stop are paid. The entrance is outside of the main building, but I didn't see any confirmation if they are open 24/7.
