Visited on May 7 and charged with M-CHARGE RFID on DC, no issue.
Parking is indeed free.
It's 2.1m height limit for the AC charger, but the DC chargers are in an area of the parking with a further 2m height limit.
I was trying to compare with older pictures, the parking was re-painted but I believe the AC have always been in the same place. The second parking space to the right was converted back into a regular parking now that a single AC remains.
The DC are immediately to the left of the AC in a section slightly lower down.
They went all in with the signage here, even though that wasn't really necessary. Only the very first turn left into the parking needs a sign, then you should see everything relatively easily.
I was confused by the parking space counter next to the 2m height limit until I understood that the EV count is the white number, not the green number. It correctly counts 5 spaces at the entrance, but only up to 4 in the sign that's past the AC.
The DC spaces are all very wide.
When I arrived, one of the charging spots was partially blocked by a bicycle. I believe it belonged to the caretaker, because after he put away the floor cleaning machine, suddenly he was riding away on a bike and the bike on the charger was gone.
