Visited on May 19 without charging.
The charger was off because the store had already closed.
The charger received the blue skin. The sign behind it doesn't seem to have changed.
I notice now while reviewing my pictures there's a new blue parking sticker behind the charger, but I didn't take a closeup picture to read what it says. If it's important, the position is not very clever, because you never see it when you park backwards in the left spot or use the spot to the right.
