Visited yesterday and successfully charged for free on level -3.
There is no parking at level -1, you spiral down until level -2 for parking. There are 3 chargers at level -2 then 3 more at level -3. The spiraling ramp is not very large.
At both level -2 and -3, the 2 chargers to the left have a sign saying that a technical issue limits the output power. But I didn't try the chargers to see what that limited power was. I received 16 amps on the charger on the right, limited by the car onboard charger.
The only place where parking opening hours seem to be posted is right at the entrance, but I didn't take a picture close enough to be able to read them. On the tariff sheet it lists times up to 24h but does not repeat the opening hours. I assume it follows the shopping center opening times.
The chargers are Zaptec but I suspect there were evbox chargers before. The paint on the floor is the classic m-way from the free charging era. The Zaptec will probably be integrated in M-CHARGE, maybe they are waiting to fix the technical issues described on the sign.
