Visited today without charging.
The chargers are against the wall close to the foot entrance, they can't be missed when driving around the main loop in the parking. In case there was some obstruction hiding the green paint there's also a sign hanging from the roof with an arrow.
There is a charging car (and charging bicycle) logo on the large illuminated signs outside. The combination of the illuminated sign and hanging sign is confirmation there must have been free chargers here before because this is a typical signage from the old time. The painted logo on the floor is also the regular logo used on the old free spots.
When I arrived one spot was occupied by a Zoe and another ICEd. The Zoe owner was the first to leave and I had to wait a while for the other owner to return to their car and leave.
There is 1h30 of free parking.
The bicycle chargers are actually T13 plugs outside. One of the plugs is currently used for the Christmas tree 🙉
