Visited today without charging.
The exterior parking doesn't have any marking apart from the "P Kulturkreis" arrow at the entrance. It seems like it's free.
There's some strange stuff going on with this charger in the data. The charger used to be included in opendata, but it disappeared mid-november 2023. On opendata back then and right now in evpass map, it shows 3 plugs: AC 22kW, CCS 50kW and CHAdeMO 50kW.
The actual charger on location doesn't have CHAdeMO, it's a rare 43kW AC + 50kW CCS only. The QR codes work but don't have the "roaming" link so I cannot compare the old EVSEIDs with the current plugs to know if they were always the same or if there was a different charger with an actual CHAdeMO plug here in the past.
There's no picture on Chargemap or GoingElectric to compare. I need to fix my historic data browser to be sure but it seems like the CHAdeMO never showed occupied so it might have always been a ghost entry since the charger was not equiped with it.
I separated the other chargers in the area into their own markers, the ones to the left of the entrance are with the Gemeindeverwaltung marker and the underground ones are in the Einstellhalle marker.
