The price on E-Mob appears to be the same as before, but the time fee is hidden from view unless you ask for more details... In the mobile app it just says 0.25CHF/kWh "fees might apply", and you need one more press to see there's a permanent 0.03CHF/min fee.
It also seems like only the kWh component is used for the price filtering. If you ask for stations below 30ct/kWh, this one appears despite the average cost per kWh being above 40ct/kWh.
