On the Google Street View and &Charge images from 2024 we see the right parking spot is reserved for Sponti-Car. It must be connector CH*CCI*E20489 because it's almost constantly occupied in the live data.

The other spot is painted green and seems to be open to the public. I don't see any parking meter on any image so it's probably free.

The charger has been migrated to eCarUp. There's no picture or name to indicate whether a spot is still in use by the car sharing. The data up to the migration makes it seem so. But the data after the migration is currently insufficient to tell. The charger has been showing available most of the time.
