It's unclear if this location is open to the public or when. It's in the outdoor parking in front of Arbon Energie AG.
On the Google Street View images from June 2024 we see there's no gate, but also no vertical or horizontal signage.
On Chargemap there are older pictures from no later than 2017, showing a MOVE station here. It was not at the exact same location, instead if was along the wall of the building at the far right of the parking row. To charge a second you would have to lay the cable around the first car to reach the second parking space. We don't see any QR codes on the charger and I don't have anything in my dataset, I'll need to do some more research.
On Chargemap there's also a closeup of a sign saying the charger would be unavailable "until end March", and that starting February 12 an alternative charger would be available in the paid parking Rosengarten. There's no year on the sign, but it was probably 2021 based on the time the picture was uploaded to Chargemap. These dates match with the opening of the Plug'n'roll station in May 2021. There's no picture more recent showing whether the MOVE charger is still there in 2021, but I think it was because the sign appears to be taped to the front of it.
