On the Chargemap and Google Street View images we see there's a roof with solar panels above the 2 charging spots. There's a sign saying there's CCTV. However there aren't any signs or symbols indicating the spots are reserved for charging.
On the Google Street View images from June 2024 the parking is free, max 12h with blue disc. No special marking for the charging spots.
