Walked by on October 24.
The parking for the hotel is not closed off. The Network Two charger is still there. There seems to be one parking space painted green, as we can also see on satellite images. There are multiple parking spaces where you should be able to reach with the cable.
I didn't walk in to see what is posted on the front of the charger.
