Visited on May 4 and did a short charge with MOVE RFID, no issue.
The McDonald's parking has no gate, and there's no parking fee. The chargers are near the entrance, but you need to drive around the entire building to reach this spot.
I did not go inside, but I assume toilets are available.
Contactless seems to be working.
