I visited yesterday to see the current state. The location where the DC charger was is completely behind a wall. The location where the AC chargers were is visible through the fence but only the paint on the floor remains. On the concept images we see the DC charger location still exists, but the parking lot that had the AC chargers is now a park.

I find it hilarious how all concept images of their new headquarters still show a coffee&charge charger (22kW DC), like used to be here a long time ago. But it was since upgraded to a 60kW charger and they might want to put something even more modern once they are done with the new building.

Visited on December 14 and did a short charge with contactless, no issue.

There are no parking conditions posted. Presumably you can stay here as long as you charge.

A car was blocking the left parking spot. Their charge port was opened, but the car was not plugged in.

There's no problem turning left towards or away from here. The road is only a single lane each direction and there's a dashed line. Just wait for a gap in the traffic lights cycles and there won't be any traffic.
