Visited on August 17 without charging.
The eCarUp IDs have changed and the new operator name is "Evolon.ch", but on location nothing has changed, they just pasted new QR codes on top of the previous ones.
Not a lot of lighting in the street and parking, but luckily one of the lamps is right next to the station, so it's not too difficult to read the instructions and QRs.
