Visited on August 24 without charging.
The charger is next to the public paid parking but doesn't seem to be subject to the parking meter. In any case, it wouldn't change the price because the charger is max 4h, and the public parking has the first 6 hours free. I'm including the parking tariffs for reference.
There's an EV sign on the main road, so you can't miss it.
