Drove by back in January 2023.
The area was still under intense construction work. It wasn't clear whether that underground parking was operational or not with all the scaffolding around it.
However everything seemed lit and the sign with the available parking count in front had a dedicated value for "Elektro", which indicated 9 available.
I currently see 11 plugs at this location on opendata, but not sure whether they work as they seem stuck in unknown status since 5 months.
