Visited on July 12 and did a short charge with AVIA Volt RFID, no issue.
At this time the Swisscharge station is still listed in apps, but the new Partino DC station visible since the end of June has been installed at the location of the old Swisscharge, so the 2 could never have been active at the same time.
The Swisscharge station has not shown any activity since the end of May, so there was probably an entire month without any ability to charge here.
When I looked at the street view and other pictures of the parking online it looked like it was a parking meter, but this has changed. There are now ticket gates, and the entrance was moved. This must be a recent change because it's not yet properly sign posted, and there aren't any forbidden signs telling you to not try entering through the exit. The entrance gate and payment machine are working, but the exit gate was stuck open with the screen turned off, so I guess you don't really have to pay for now.
I'm not completely sure what the history of this location has been. At some point it was advertised as Energie360°, but when the connectors were migrated to the new Swisscharge backend, they used CH*SUI EVSEIDs instead of CH*360. Now it's on Partino, with just the absolute minimum tiny QR codes and no other explanation.
