For the longest time I thought the Mobilecharge stations visible on IchTankeStrom until last year must be in one of the western parking lots, but on my visits I had never spotted other chargers or directions to other chargers.
The Mobilecharge chargers already existed in 2022 when the Google Street View car drove around the entire area, and we don't see them, so they have to be underground, and there's only one underground parking.
The pictures on GoingElectric give the final confirmation: the Mobilecharge chargers were Mennekes units without attached cables, at the same location where the Agrola chargers are now https://www.goingelectric.de/stromtankstellen/Schweiz/Freienbach/Parkhaus-Seedamm-Center-Gwattstrasse-11/17406/
When checking the live data history, the Mobilecharge stations actually turned to unknown status very soon before the Agrola stations appeared on Swisscharge in July 2023. They just remained in the dataset for all these years afterwards.
Before being networked on Mobilecharge, the Mennekes stations were probably free. There are pictures as far back as 2016 on GoingElectric, and there were no QR codes on the stations at that time.
The pictures from 2016 show the 2 stations at the far right of the row, next to the shopping carts. Different pictures show the set of further parking spaces painted, but without charging stations. Signs on the wall say "E-Parkplätze ab Nov/Dez 2018 in Betrieb", so it probably started out with only 2 chargers, and the others were added at the end of 2018. There are no pictures to confirm if those new stations were immediately paid or also free for a while.
