It doesn't seem like the platform shows the date of publication or expiration. The only date I can find is that all attached documents were uploaded on 2024-08-05.
The plan shows the transformer would be placed in the north corner of the parking lot. That's the lot on the south of the Stauffacherstrasse, whereas the existing Evpass stations are among the parking spots to the north of Stauffacherstrasse. But both are very close to each other.
While researching this I notice that on Google Maps satellite pictures, there is an added set of gates to access the lot where the chargers is. There's first a main gate for the entire RUAG property that probably stays open during the day, then the smaller parking lot has gates and probably a card reader or interphone to open. We see 2 parking spots are painted in blue with the evpass smiley/plug logo.
