Visited on October 23 and charged with Swisscharge RFID.
Signage on the Shoppi side is still a nightmare. The first sign inside the parking still says to turn right immediately at Carglass, but this time I didn't try it as last time it was a dead end. After that point there's another sign that says to continue for EV chargers and said 5 spaces free. Clearly this sign has not been reconfigured for the 15 chargers, because there was just one car parked in front of one of the old chargers, and nobody at the new chargers. After that point there's no signage anymore, one of the right turns is blocked by construction work. You're supposed to follow the P0 sign at the first opportunity to turn right. If you stay on the left lane, you end up at the gas station with no way to turn back. I had to exit the parking and re-enter to take the correct turn. Inside P0 there isn't any sign either, you need to turn right when you see the row with the green wall.
There's a new wall that wasn't there before, as all stations are attached to the wall and there's no opening anymore. I didn't check out what is on the other side now.
The last 3 parking spaces 13, 14 and 15 were blocked by a ribbon, but I didn't see any reason. The chargers are not deactivated and show available on Swisscharge. Perhaps this space is necessary for the construction work happening in the next row.
The 9 new chargers have MID-compliant energy counters. The older ones have not been retro-fitted.
There's a new sign next to each charger saying cars that are not charging will be removed at the owner's cost. This didn't prevent the other Fiat 500e on the pictures from parking without plugging in...
One of the chargers has an additional sign with a QR code to a survey about the charging stations. It seems to still be open at this time https://www.shoppitivoli.ch/e-tankstellen-umfrage It asks opinion on ease to find, number of chargers, ease of use, charging power, prices. I find it funny that there's an option to say the price is too expensive, when there's basically nowhere cheaper 😂
Parking space 4 has been converted into a "small car" space, in order to keep the door behind easy to access.
While the energy cost is low, the parking prices have risen significantly since my last visit. No more free parking period, 2CHF minimum for 1h.
