Visited on May 4 and did a short charge with Shell Recharge RFID, no issue. I had to re-badge to end session after disconnecting, it didn't automatically end it.
The parking is accessible without gates. There doesn't seem to be an automated parking time enforcement here, so you can probably leave a car charging overnight or all Sunday without any issue.
