Visited today without charging.
I expected the chargers would be behind a locked gate like at other DMVs, but here the parking is actually open, and paid!
I find the parking signage a bit confusing. It says there's a parking ban on the property. And then the parking meter says you must pay any time of day. So who is allowed to park? If you must pay when parking outside business hours it must mean you can park without being a customer. There were lots of cars parked here, and the DMV was closed.
2 of the 4 plugs have shown out of service for months. A car was plugged in at the charger that's showing out of service in the app. There doesn't seem to be any message on the start screen of the charger but the session screen for that user was showing an error "304: Der Ladevorgang hat noch night begonnen. Um fortzufahren, verbinden Sie bitte dans Kabel wieder". I doubt they were able to charge.
If you pay using Swisscharge (RFID or the QR codes), you get billed an additional 1CHF/h. I find this completely unreasonable as you already pay up to 1.50 CHF/h at the parking meter if you stay there for longer. There's no sign excluding charging cars from the parking meter.
There's also a charger without any signage closer to the entrance. I suppose that one is private.
