Visited on Monday without charging.
2 of the charging stations are in front of the building on the upper level.
I didn't see the 3rd charger, but based on the name it must be somewhere behind the building on the lower level, which doesn't seem to be open for access.
There's a sign explaining how to start a charge using the eCarUp app, but it doesn't really say whether anyone is free to use the chargers or only their customers. There's the QR code for ad-hoc charging under each station.
