I have not yet visited this location but I think the marker location was incorrect.
In MOVE data and also on Google Maps, the charging station is placed next to the Pilatus parking garage.
However the restaurant the marker is named after is not there but earlier on the road to the airport. On Google satellite view we see 2 parking spots painted green in front of the restaurant. On Chargemap the marker coordinates seems to have been fixed and the pictures seem to match with Google Earth. So I'm pretty sure the correct coordinates are right in front of the restaurant.
