Le panneau explicatif sur le mur indique clairement que la station est ouverte au public 24/7.

There are 8 new stations visible in the data since November 28. Those are numbered 3 through 10, so I assume the 2 existing public chargers are supposed to be 1 and 2.

In the eCarUp app there are pictures, all new chargers are Zaptec units and seem to be attached directly to the wall.

The description on eCarUp doesn't say whether the new chargers are public or private, but I don't expect more than the 2 existing public spots to be open to the public while the business is open. The description also contains some historical facts and reminds the original public chargers were installed back in 2014.

Visited today without charging to see the new chargers.

The 2 public chargers with green spots seem to remain unchanged.

The new chargers are indeed attached directly to the wall, like we see on the pictures on eCarUp. All the new chargers have attached cables. But no IDs or QR codes were printed on them, so you have to know or guess which one it is in the app. It's not really clear if the new chargers are intended to be used by the public during off hours.

Ice was falling from the roof of the building to the right. I don't think the roof above the chargers is as dangerous since it'a a flat roof.
